Flower Remedies At Work and in Business The flower remedies can be great for dealing with work and work-related matters, as it can be very stressful and a major source of health-damaging outlooks on our part.  Besides keeping us in the state of mind that leads to good health, the remedies can help bring out our best in any chosen activity, and with work that means bringing out the skills that will make us more successful and accomplished, and better able to get what we deserve.  For the stress of work, there are many different remedies that can help.  Elm or Gentian is for if we become frustrated with how difficult a project is, and feel we can’t get it done on time or at all.  White Chestnut is great for if we’re always thinking about work issues or problems, even when   trying to relax or go to sleep.  By clearing the mind of these distractions on our time off, we’ll be better rested and clearer headed to tackle projects at work when we are there.  Olive is good for if we feel exhausted and worn out from long hours or a heavy workload, and Hornbeam is good for if we procrastinate and dread getting starting on a project or task.  Hornbeam is also good for that intimidating feeling of having to go to work on Monday.  For co-workers or bosses that get on our nerves, or that we dislike intensely, Beech and Holly help us to pick up on their better qualities and to protect us from getting as annoyed or upset by them.  This will help us to become better team players, and allow us to work effectively with all types of people.  If we get impatient and stressed by slow co-workers or responses, there’s Impatiens.  Vine is for if we become too bossy, micromanaging  everything and always needing to tell people what to do and how to do it. If we feel bitter or resentful for being passed over for a promotion or recognition there’s Willow, which helps us to move on and take in stride so we don’t get down.  If we tend to only see the flaws in some proposal or idea, Beech can help us to get a wider view and see the good parts along with the bad.  Oak is for that struggle and inability to quit working or to stop for a rest which we can often feel when we’re really focused on some project or task.  Oak helps to reduce this constant drive and preoccupation with work, so that it becomes easier to take breaks throughout the day or to know when to call it a night.  Walnut can help us to adjust to a new job or situation easier, to make a clean break from our old career or ways of doing things, and is also good for retirement and the changes that brings.   Vervain is useful for if we are too intense, too set in our ways and certain we are right.  It can help us to become better negotiators, so as not to force our ideas on others or to become too enthusiastic and over-the-top in our defense of some project or idea.  If we’re too critical of our own work or tend to think we didn’t do a good enough job, there’s Pine.  This also helps if we feel like an idiot for having said or done something stupid, and helps keep us from being too hard on ourselves for not being perfect. To help improve our standing in the company, there are many remedies that can help bring out our best and encourage us to stand up for what we deserve.  If we are due for a raise but are hesitant to ask for it, there’s    Mimulus, Centaury, and Agrimony, depending on the individual.  If we’re not really confident in ourselves to handle all that comes from a more   responsible position, there’s Larch or Cerato.  For trouble learning a new system or computer program—or anything, really—there’s Chestnut Bud, which can help make us comprehend things quickly and clearly.  For daydreaming and sleepiness that might distract us and make us less efficient, there’s Clematis.  For always being late, there’s Chestnut Bud, Hornbeam, or Clematis to help get us going and to learn to be on time.  If we’ve become resigned to or bored by our job, thinking there’s no point and that nothing will ever change or improve, there’s Wild Rose and Gorse.  Wild Rose is also useful if we just kind of let things slide because it doesn’t really matter to us if we are on top of things or not.  Gentian is good if we get down due to setbacks or unexpected difficulties.  Wild Oat helps us if we’re unsure of what career path to follow, and Walnut to help us stay true to whatever we decide.  Scleranthus helps us be decisive and make quick decisions, so we don’t go back and forth on a choice we made or constantly second guess ourselves.  Cerato is good if we’re always asking coworkers for advice or for confirmation of our decisions and ideas. For starting our own business, or beginning a new career, the remedies can help deal with the fear and self-doubt that can interfere with our plans.  Mimulus is good for fear of most any type, such as the fear of our company going bankrupt or not being a success.  Larch can help give us the confidence to feel we will succeed, and so be more likely to put in the   effort to make it happen.  Elm is good if we feel totally overwhelmed and immobilized by all that there is to do, and Agrimony if we can’t ask for help or let on when things aren’t going well.  Impatiens and Hornbeam are useful for tackling the mountains of paper work that are usually involved, and in a productive and calm manner.  Walnut is good for helping us break free of the past, and settle into our new chosen profession or business much more easily.  It can also help us stay true to our own vision for how we want to run things, without regard to convention or the interference of others, however well intentioned.
