identified.
Step 2.
Make up a mix bottle
or take directly the
essences you decide
most closely apply to
your current outlook.
Step 3.
Repeat Steps 1 & 2 as
your mood and
outlook changes in the
hours, days, weeks,
and months ahead.
Step 4.
As you give your body
the healing remedies
that it needs (at the
time it needs them),
your health and
enjoyment of life will
start to increase!
Step 5.
Once you are feeling
better you can simply
stop treatment...they
do not need to keep
being taken once the
outlook has passed!
